| In the late 1800's in a little town in Southern France is a magical toy shop. The dolls come to life when people are not around but act like dolls around people. The Shopkeeper and his assistants make the shop ready. Some special customers are coming to see the dolls from around the world. |
| The English and American families have arrived and are looking at the wonderful dolls from all around the world. |
| First, the shopkeeper brings out his beautiful Spanish doll to dance for the customers. |

| A little girl asks to see the Harliquin dolls and then all the girls and shop helpers join in a dance together. |

| Another little girl asks to see the Ballerina Doll so the shopkeeper brings her out. |

| Finally the children want to know what is in the special box. The shopkeeper unlocks the special new dolls from Paris. |

| The English family wants to buy the GIRL DOLL and the American family wants to buy the BOY DOLL |
| To keep everyone happy the shopkeeper decides to split up the dolls. |
| The Enligsh family buys the GIRL DOLL. |
| The American family buys the BOY DOLL. |
| After all the people have left the dolls resume their secret identities. But there is sadness because the CAN CAN Dolls are going to be split up. The dolls rescue them by unlocking their box and set them free. The only solution is to run away so that they can be together forever! |

| The next morning the people come back to pick up their dolls. The shopkeeper gets the special key to unlock the box and bring out the CAN CAN DOLLS. |
| The families go home for the night and will come back the next morning to pick up their dolls. |
| The CAN CAN DOLLS are gone!! The families are very upset!! They want their dolls!! The Shopkeeper tries to give them their money back but the children are so upset they try to break all the dolls in the shop! |
| Suddenly the TOY SOLDIERS with their bayonettes and riffles spring to life and charge at the naughty children. Saving the dolls and keeping the toyshop from being destroyed! |
